Postage and delivery

 

We post Australia-wide for go card, seeQ and go explore card orders and internationally only for seeQ and go explore cards.

If you're visiting Australia, you can buy your go card upon arrival at more than 680 locations across South East Queensland, including the Brisbane International and Domestic Airports and Gold Coast Airport.

We aim to fulfil your order within two working days, Monday to Friday only. You will receive an email notification when your order has been sent.

For domestic orders, allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your order. Where possible we use the Australia Post Express network.

For international orders, we post to around 200 countries (check to see if your country is on the Australia Post delivery list). Please allow up to 15 business days (depending on your location) for your order to be delivered.

Please note, Australia Post delivery times such as Christmas and New Years may take longer for delivery. Delivery times and costs vary according to the zones determined by Australia Post.

Delivery Information

You, or a nominated person, may need to sign for your package during business hours.

If you have a post office box, or are unable to sign for your package during business hours, we recommend that you have your order delivered to a work address, friend, or neighbour.

Delivery timeframes are based on delivery to a major city, and do not include time to clear customs in your country.
